Winter Protection Program
All signs point to another hard winter for us.
Don’t worry , Prep My Lakehouse has a Winter Protection Program (WPP) that offers you unlimited visits to your lakehouse throughout the winter season to ensure your home is prepared for inclement weather.
We cover spigots, drain water lines, check pipes, raise the heat, and do all the precautionary steps to protect your home in case of another hard freeze… AS MANY TIMES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON AS NECESSARY.
We understand that using your lakehouse in the winter is the best time for many to enjoy the peace and quiet. We’ll be on call to winterize every aspect of your house - as often as necessary included in your one time WPP fee.
