Looking for housekeeping for next week, PML’s team can make it happen. Have a litany of house repairs or pesky project, PML has the handymen you need. If you are looking to have your groceries shopped and then stocked, we have your covered. Get your gutters, golf carts or exteriors cleaned for entertaining with PML’s team. Need catering, a chef experience in home, or entertaining support so you can relax?

Housekeeping Services
We understand how important having a properly cleaned lakehouse is to your peace of mind. We also realize that each home has different specifications. We create custom home manuals and checklists to ensure we always pay special attention to the things that matter most to you. If there are any allergy requirements or preferences in cleaning products, we understand completely and are able to accommodate each need.
Cleaning Includes
Vacuum/sweep/swiffer + mop of all solid surface floors
Vacuum all carpets and rugs
Drop to bottom dust including fans, blinds and baseboards
Cleaning of toilets, sinks, counters, and bath areas in bathrooms
Dishes into dishwasher (run) and hand wash of non-dishwasherable items
Sinks/counters/cooktops wiped down
Microwaves and refrigerators properly cleaned inside and out
Trash disposal
All items put away and home left arranged and visually appealing (pillows fluffed, blankets folded, items organized)

Construction Monitoring
We understand it can be challenging to be present during the entire construction process. Whether it’s a new build, renovation or small project, PML offers construction monitoring and will document the work for you.
We can be your on-site eyes and will update you with photos, videos and any communication necessary to make the construction process as smooth as possible for you.
Handyman Help
There’s nothing worse than being asked to handle a list of “honey-do’s” when you’re trying to relax at the lake. That’s why we have our on-staff handymen to tackle it, no matter how big…. or small.
Need your wood burning fireplaces/fire pits stocked?
Want help replacing smoke detector batteries or hanging lights?
We can fix towel rods, door handles, creaky cabinets, and sticking drawers
How about putting that trampoline out on the water?
Let us blow up floats, set up fires, put together furniture or toys
… and anything else you’d rather not be dealing with at the lake.

Golf cart Wash
